Mindful Yoga Classes

Mindful Yoga Classes offer a peaceful and rejuvenating experience to your employees, and can help increase energy levels, improve concentration and reduce stress and tension. We focus on gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to develop greater mind-body awareness. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience, and will be adapted to meet the unique needs of the participants. Classes can be conducted online or in Singapore.

    Mindfulness Sessions

    Mindfulness Sessions provide a supportive environment to slow down, reconnect with the breath, and clear the mind. Through guided meditations and breathing techniques, we cultivate inner calm and resilience. These are  stand-alone mindfulness sessions, and can include both practice and theory. They can be scheduled in the morning, during the lunch break or at the end of the workday, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind and reset. Sessions can be conducted online or in Singapore.

      Ayurveda Workshops

      Ayurveda Workshops provide practical tools and techniques to help your employees achieve optimal health and well-being. Ayurveda is a holistic approach to wellness that emphasizes the importance of balance in all areas of life. We will explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, learn about main principles, discover the 5 elements and 3 doshas theory, and provide practical tips for living in harmony with nature. This will give you a deeper understanding of how the natural elements play a role in maintaining a balanced state of health and well-being. Workshops can be conducted online or in Singapore.
