1:1 Healing Yoga

A journey back to Self using the wisdom of Ayurveda, embodied movement, asana, pranayama & meditation.

I offer private 1:1 yoga sessions online and in Singapore, designed for people who are looking to reconnect with themselves and rediscover their inner calm. I am passionate about infusing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into my teaching to help you achieve a deeper level of connection and balance in your life.

The first session begins with a 30-min Ayurvedic analysis for me to better understand your body and mind constitution. We will also discuss your unique goals, and on this basis I’ll design a customized program that is tailored to your individual needs according to Ayurveda, and your personal expectations.

Throughout these sessions I may incorporate embodied movement, yoga asanas, pranayama, guided meditation and mudras, all carefully selected to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can let go of stress and anxiety, and tap into your inner wisdom and strength.

Sessions are available online and in Singapore. Schedule a connection call for us to get to know each other better, and to see whether we are the right fit. You can also choose to write to: hello@annalisicka.com.

Step 1.

Connection Call

We meet for a complimentary connection call to get to know each other and see whether we are the right fit. If you decide to work with me then we also decide on the logistics of our first session.

Step 2.

30-min Ayurvedic Analysis

Before our first Yoga session we take on averaga 30min to dive deeper into your specific situation, and I conduct a simple Ayurvedic analysis. This will help me design a bespoke Yoga program for you.

Step 3.

Personalized practice

Your bespoke Yoga practice is designed for your current constitution with an aim to support you physically, mentally and emotionally. The practice will grow and expand with you.
