Yoga & Ayurveda to help you come home to yourself.

Hi, I’m Anna

I help women slow down and feel more at home in their bodies and minds through Yoga & Ayurveda.

Just like nature, our bodies and minds were never meant to be in endless bloom or perpetual rush. We are cyclic beings. Yet so many of us were raised to measure our worth by how much we do and how busy we stay—slowly losing touch with our own inner landscape. We hold our breath through long workdays, parent from a place of depletion, and treat self-care like another item on an endless to-do list.

What we truly need is permission to drop the armor, soften our bellies, and stop fighting our own bodies.

To me, stepping onto the mat or turning to Ayurvedic wisdom is an act of quiet rebellion. It is a choice to return to ourselves again and again—learning how to become our own best friend.

Through breath-centered movement and meditation, I offer a gentle space to cultivate awareness and reconnect with what is real within you. I weave in Ayurvedic wisdom as a compassionate lens to help us understand our unique constitution, care for ourselves deeply, and honor the natural rhythms of our lives.

You can join me for private sessions and immersions in Singapore and online—a quiet sanctuary to lay down the hurry and just be.

I love her meditations, they are just perfect for me. The pace, the instructions, the tone of her voice, everything helps me to journey wherever she guides me. Her meditations have enriched my life in many ways. I don’t have enough words to completely express how good her meditations are. I would say she is gifted.

I have just experienced the best meditation in my life with Anna. I generally find it really hard to meditate with my busy mind and little connection with my body and Anna was able to really calm me and take me to a wonderful place. This was an amazing journey!

Anna brought me through a calmer and deeper experience than I had with other classes. Highly recommended!
