These one-to-one yoga sessions offer a deeply personal and attuned way to practice—one that honors you as you are, in this season of life.

Private classes are shaped by your intentions, needs, and lived experience—whether you are seeking to build strength, cultivate mental and emotional resilience, support healing, reduce stress, or develop a more embodied and sustainable relationship with your body. This one-to-one setting allows the practice to be responsive and precise, supporting you not only on a physical level, but also energetically and emotionally over time.

Drawing from Yoga and Ayurveda, our sessions may include asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, somatic inquiry, free and intuitive movement, and gentle reflection on yoga philosophy as a lived perspective—something to be felt and integrated, rather than studied or perfected. The work is guided by trust in the body’s innate intelligence and by the understanding that yoga is a path of self-knowing: a gradual maturing of awareness, sensitivity, and relationship with oneself.

As part of this process, you will also receive your own personalized sādhana—a daily spiritual practice designed to support your path of Yoga beyond our sessions. Rooted in tradition yet shaped for modern life, it is offered as a gentle and sustainable anchor rather than a rigid discipline—something to return to in everyday life, supporting continuity, inner listening, and a deeper sense of connection.

Private sessions are especially supportive if you are moving through change, recovering from fatigue or overwhelm, seeking a more embodied relationship with your body, or longing for a practice that evolves alongside you rather than asking you to fit into a predefined form. Over time, this personalized approach supports the integration of Yoga as a way of life—shaping how you move, breathe, relate, and meet life with greater presence and reverence, both on and off the mat.

 

Our first steps together

Before beginning, I invite you to schedule a connection call so we can meet, speak about your current situation, intentions, and any questions you may have, and feel into whether this work is the right fit for both of us.

If you decide to continue, our first session will include an additional 20–30 minutes for a brief Ayurvedic assessment. This allows me to understand your constitution, imbalances, and present needs more clearly, so that our work together can be guided not only by your lived experience, but also through the lens of Ayurveda—supporting you with a practice that is truly personalized and holistic from the very beginning.

Practical details

Private sessions are available in Singapore or online and are typically 60 minutes long.

  • Single session: 150 SGD
  • 8-session package: 1,080 SGD (15% saving)

Packages are recommended for those who wish to establish a steady rhythm, explore their constitution more deeply, and allow the path of practice to unfold gradually—offering continuity and space for the practice to deepen, integrate, and mature over time.
